Deportivo La Coruna midfielder Pedro Duscher is the latest big “star” to claim that Manchester United are interested in signing him. The Argentine, who broke a bone in David Beckham’s foot weeks before the 2002 World Cup, said:
“It is true that there has been contact. It’s great that a club of this level is interested, but my mind is right now with Deportivo. When the season finishes we can discuss the matter.”
It was widely reported last year that United watched Duscher in a Copa del Ray fixture – match in which he was sent-off after 37 minutes.
Man Utd Blog first learnt of this latest transfer rumour to be circulating in the media via the up-to-the-minute RSS feed on the unofficial website of Ji-Sung Park . Another very exciting thing to note on Ji-SungPark.com was that there is soon to be a raffle held on-site for a hand-signed ( by Park himself) Man Utd. shirt in aid of fooballing academies in Suwon, South Korea- Park’s birthplace.
So watch that space…!!!
